So you want to know a bit about me?
Hello, I’m Hannah.
I decided to train to be a coach back in 2019. I’d spent nearly eight years working in roles in big advertising agencies when I realised I wanted to use the skills and training I’d received over the years in a more fulfilling way.
In my various senior roles from manager to director, I’d been able to attend lots of training around coaching team members to help them develop in their careers, how to manage teams and how to create detailed career paths for my teams. Leadership training also helped me better understand myself and develop emotional quotient to help others.
Whilst this work was hugely enjoyable, it was always restricted to specific roles that the individuals did, and never went so deep as to really help people transform their lives and the path they wanted to take in the long term.
Life coaching offered a pathway to share this knowledge and help others, but with long term goals and wider lifestyle influences in mind. So, I set about completing a life coaching qualification to hone my craft and find the most effective way of helping people, just like you.
In addition to this, I’m a fierce feminist and love reading, listening and learning about how I can better help women feel empowered and achieve what is important to them. You’ll often find me blogging about careers, motherhood and mental wellbeing but I can help guide you to find the best way through a variety of different life challenges.
